“The very center of your heart is where life begins – the most beautiful place on earth.” – Rumi
As a survivor of two important death-related losses, at age 9 and age 28, I have experienced and actively heal from my developmental, relational, and environmental traumas. In doing so, I have sought the professional wisdom of a clinical social work degree, the spiritual wisdom of the natural world, and the ongoing wisdom of relationships around me. I have worked as a hospice social worker, an eating disorder specialist, and as a supervisor to new therapists. I bring my human experience to our therapy practice.
I reside on the ancestral lands of the Kalapuya, Siuslaw, Chelamela, and Winefelly people, presently known as Eugene, Oregon.
